Time Required and Charges for Service(s)

Pricing of services will increase depending on the time accumulated for the stylist to perform the service(s). Additional charges will be applied depending on how much product is used to achieve the look desired. 

 

Atmosphere

In an effort to keep the atmosphere tranquil for all our clients we ask when entering the salon please put your phone on silent or vibrate. If you need to speak on the phone, we ask you do so outside.

 

Arrival

If you are running more than 10 minutes behind your appointment or the scheduled services may not be fulfilled. Your technician will do his/her best to accommodate you.

 

Appointments/Cancellations

If you must reschedule or cancel, we do have a same day/24 hour cancellation policy. Please notify us 24 hours prior to appointment.  First offense, we will have to take your credit card number. Second offense, your card will automatically be charged for 50% of the services you were scheduled for. After your 3rd time of rescheduling after 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the service booked moving forward. If you fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment, this is considered a “no show”. We will need your credit card number to book any future appointments. If you choose to, “no show” again, your card will be charged for 100% of the appointment that was missed.

 

Appointment Confirmations

The salon will confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance through text message, phone call or email. Confirmation calls are out of courtesy as a friendly reminder. There maybe times when the salon is not able to reach the client. It is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment date and time.

Re-do Services

If you are unhappy with the color or haircut the stylist has performed, we do offer re-do services of no charge, depending on the circumstances, but must be within the week of their initial appointment which those services were performed. All corrections are done by the stylist that performed the initial service. This allows the stylist to rectify the situation and meet your needs. Blowouts are not included in re-do services and if desired there will be a charge. THE SALON DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS

 

Product Return

Retail must be returned within 2 weeks for full refund. Must be unopened and unused.

 

Forms of Payment

We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification. We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. We do not accept gratuity on credit cards.

 

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the price of your services, but are gladly accepted. We accept gratuities in the form of cash or check made out to your technician. We are unable to add gratuities to your credit card or checks.

 

Child Safety

While we love children, some of us even have a few, we do not have the facilities to care for them. So, for safety and insurance reasons, please only bring them in if they can sit quietly and be kept occupied, unsupervised. We do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Children ages 12 and under receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

 

Blowout Packages

Blowouts are to be used with the stylist you purchased the package with. You may NOT swap blowouts between different stylists or between clients. If you wish to receive flat iron/hot tool with your blowouts, we will incorporate that charge into your blowout package when purchased. If you wish to receive flat iron/hot tool with only one blowout, you will pay the different during check out.

 

Hair Extensions

All hair extension services require a prior consultation. This is implemented so we are able to order the correct bundles of hair, length and colors. A 50% deposit is required to secure appointment, as well as a sign consent form. This is non-refundable
